WHAT HAPPENS IF WE WANT TO DISQUALIFY A LEAD?

You simply move them to the DQ stage in the pipeline. Then, they’re tagged in the system and sent a polite customized message—automatically.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE STAGES WITH CUSTOM MESSAGES FOR EACH STAGE?

Yes, absolutely you can. You can have custom messages for every single stage during the review process. When a lead first comes in, it would be in the "new inquiry" stage. We could send the lead a custom message letting them know that their inquiry was received, and will be updated on status soon". Once moved into the "EVALUATING" stage, a new custom message can be sent automatically letting the lead know that their inquiry is being evaluated and we will be with them shortly. If "DISQUALIFIED" the lead would receive a customized message letting them know you won't be taking their case. If the lead was "QUALIFIED" or a case you were interested in pursuing, the system could send out a custom message automatically with a booking link to book the initial consultation, and/or, an AI outbound agent could reach out to schedule that by phone automatically for you as well.
